We are excited to announce that Button has been named one of Inc.'s Best Workplaces in 2019! This win is particularly special to us as it's the third year in a row that we've received the honor from Inc. magazine. Getting recognized as one of the highest-scoring businesses (out of nearly 2,000 submissions that Inc. received) with standout employee engagement is no small feat, and we're tremendously proud of the team that we've built here at Button.

This list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey conducted by Quantum on topics including trust, management, effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. then gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritized the most human elements of work, leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity which are all core to Button's value of individual and organization growth.

While researching the finalists, Inc.and Quantum saw distinct themes:

99 percent provide health insurance— and some cover the cost.

Button covers 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance.

49 percent allow employees to bring pets to work.

Button welcomes all pets at our offices. We've had many dogs come through our doors, as well as a pet turtle.

65 percent take employees to offsite retreats to relax and recharge.

Coincidentally, we are enjoying time away from work at our annual retreat in Montauk right now! We're spending time aligning on our strategy for the year ahead, and learning new skills like DJ'ing and juggling, all while bonding as a team by the waterfront.
